To ensure that your project remains predictable, we can take over the complete comprehensive insurance for the ALGECO interim building on request. We offer various comprehensive insurance packages from Economy to Premium, depending on your individual needs. Our all-round carefree package, the Premium variant, offers you comprehensive protection with no deductible. We would be happy to work with you to develop an individual security concept tailored to your requirements.

Please note: Comprehensive insurance is compulsory against all risks, damage to and loss of the rental property. We only accept comprehensive insurance from a reputable comprehensive insurance company, at least for the new value of the rental property. Until you can prove that you have suitable comprehensive insurance, we will book our comprehensive insurance package for your safety and register you for group insurance. Group insurance is usually at the premium rate. Please only use our form for proof of comprehensive insurance. Our employees will be happy to advise you personally.
